The temperature rise of the electric oven FCV 280 is very fast: 270°C in 7 minutes! The ventilating heat allows an even cooking of several similar dishes simultaneously. This function is also used to defrost or to reheat dishes with a gentle and homogeneous air flow. This professional oven can cook or reheat without drying, “Viennoiseries” (croissants, chocolate buns rolls, brioches), pastries (tartlets, cookies ...), ready-made dishes (lasagna, baked potatoes ...), snacks (fond, rolled, pizzas, quiches ...) fresh, frozen or pre-cooked.
