Panoramic and equipped with 4 LED lighting, the ventilated refrigerated display cabinet RDC 60 T sublimates your chocolates, pralines and all your desserts made of chocolate such as the black forest cake.
Your pastries and culinary creations are presented on 5 turning plates (diameter 47 cm) including a mirror glass. The carousel is driven by a motor mounted on ball bearings. The carousel stops when the door is opened.
The vertical showcase RD 60 T is equipped with a very efficient cold system.
The ventilated refrigeration system ensures a homogeneous temperature of +14 to + 17 ° C with a hygrometry of 50%, essential for the presentation of chocolates at the right temperature.
The evaporator placed in the upper part guarantees a homogeneous cold in the whole refrigerated display cabinet.
The electronic thermostat allows automatic defrosting every 2 hours.
Perfectly insulated, this vertical showcase with positive cold is equipped with double glazed walls.
All refrigerated pastry display cabinets are factory tested at an ambient outside temperature of 29 ° C.
