The island buffet bar SBC 40 F is provided with four sides access and drop down shelves on each side. This refrigerated salad’bar has a capacity of 4/1GN containers for self-service use in restaurants, hotels, local communities and hospitality. It optimizes the presentation and keeps at right temperature (+ 2 / + 10 ° C) your cold starters, salads, desserts etc.
The cold conduction in the buffet is provided by a pin in contact with the stainless steel plate. No more manual defrosting: the evaporator tube is protected from the air! Automatic defrosting of the refrigerated buffet occurs every 2 hours thanks to the electronic thermostat.
This refrigerated freestanding buffet can accept any type of GN trays and containers up to 150mm deep.
